What's included in every plan?
The complete training engine: courses, lessons, exams, practical evaluations, certificates, ratings, and automatic rank advancement — plus your own branding, your own terminology, and your own member fields. Plans differ by roster size, not by crippling features.
What's a module?
A major capability that not every organization needs. We have exactly two, Credentials & Documents and Scheduling & Operations, and we'd rather keep it that way than nickel-and-dime you with a twenty-item feature grid.
Can I add a module later?
Any time, from your billing page. It's prorated automatically, and it's live immediately.
What counts as a member?
Anyone on your roster with a login. Deactivate former members and they stop counting against your plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your organization switches to read-only: every record, course, document, and certification stays exactly where you left it. Subscribe any time and pick up where you stopped. We never delete your training records.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Agencies and grant-funded programs can pay annually by invoice or PO — contact us for a quote.
We're grant funded — can you help?
Our annual plans quote cleanly for AFG, SHSP, EMPG, and similar grant cycles, and TrainedResponder Complete gives you a single line item to put on the application. Scheduling & Operations also documents volunteer hours and donated equipment value — the records that offset the non-federal cost share on FEMA Public Assistance projects.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated automatically.
What's an umbrella license?
One license, held by a county EMA or state association, that covers every member organization under it — each org gets its own private workspace, on the umbrella's plan and modules.
